It has been almost nine months since Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, was discovered unresponsive in a bathtub in her home; she died in a similar way as her mother did. In honor of his late friend’s only child, Tyler Perry posted a video tribute.
A Touching Sentiment
The tribute had been shown at Bobbi Kristina’s private funeral. At the Houston family’s request, he shared the video on Facebook. The montage is set to her mother’s song “You Were Loved” and begins with this quote: “I hope you feel my love, pain, beauty, agony at times, blessings all the time. No one understands me. And I don’t expect them to, but I will try to spread my love and my story through words and this blessing of a powerful voice mom has given me.” The video shows photos of Bobbi at different stages in her life, from her being held by her parents as a baby towards the end of her short life.
