5. You consume too much caffeine

A caffeine burst is helpful in the morning, but if you are having it too late in the day it will affect your sleep.  Some may be consuming more caffeine than they realize, so make sure you check the nutrition labels on any drinks you have throughout the day.  Another good idea is to cut off caffeine consumption after a certain time in the day.
