4. You use your phone too late
In this day and age, you are always connected to our work. You could be receiving urgent late night emails from bosses, employees, or clients. Both the light on the screen and the stress caused by worrying about the next day can keep you awake. Try setting a limit on how much you can use your devices before bedtime and don’t forget to put your phone somewhere you cannot reach it at night.
