Paul Pogba took mohawks to another level. Many people find his hairstyle weird, but you have to admit, the boy is creative. The 22-year-old French midfielder, who is originally from Guinea, is rumored to leave Juventus this year. He scored a total of 26 goals for the club this season.

2. Salomon Kalou
During the 2012 Champions League Final, the Ivorian forward opted to stand out with a spider drawn on his head. He became the subject of many jokes on the social networks. Many viewers said that he needed to get his money back from his barber, others joked that he was competing for the worst ever haircut of the season. Even Didier Drogba looked flabbergasted. The 30-year-old only scored 5 goals in 13 appearances with Hertha Berlin this year.

3. Ronaldo
Some people believe that El Fenomeno’s 2002 haircut was the worst in football history. Do you remember when he shaved off all his hair except from the front part of it? It might not be the best-looking hairstyle, but one thing is certain, Ronaldo was one lucky man that year. He won the 2002 World Cup. He also won the Golden Shoe Award as top scorer with eight goals, and was runner-up to the Golden Ball as the most valuable player of the tournament. Did it have something to do with the haircut? 4. Dani Alves
Brazilian football player Dani Alves stole the show during 2015’s Copa Del Rey final. It looked like his barber forgot to shave a spot on his head, and the Internet did not spare him. Football fans on Twitter compared his haircut to frosting on a cookie or to poop. Dani Alves recently renewed his contract, he will remain a Barcelona player until June 30th 2017, with an option to extend his contract for another year. According to an FC Barcelona statement, “In all, he has won 19 titles: five La Liga titles, three Champions League titles, three Spanish Cups, two European Super Cups, four Super Cups in Spain and two World Cups.”

5. Metta World Peace
This was not his weirdest moment, but we have to admit that Metta, formerly known as Ron Artest, raised some eyebrows when he died his hair blonde and colored his new Hebrew name into it.

6. Djibril Cisse
Throughout his career, the French striker has rocked many eye-catching haircuts. It is impossible to choose only one haircut that stands out, but we have to give Cisse credit: his mohawks and his beards always matched his jersey. This is a characteristic of a player who represents his team to the fullest.

7. Troy Polamalu
Retired American football player Troy Polamalu, also known as “The Hair”, stood out on the field because of his 32-inch (81cm) long hair. He once said in an interview that the last time he had a haircut was around 2000. His 1 million dollar insured hair landed him endorsements with shampoo brand Head & Shoulders.

You all remember the retired tennis player’s mullet. Did you know it was a wig? In his biography that was published years after his retirement, Agassi admitted it was a wig. He shared a funny anecdote: the night before a French Open match in 1990, his wig fell apart. “During the warming-up training before play I prayed. Not for victory, but that my hairpiece would not fall off “ he admitted.

Gervinho’s receding hairline is no secret. The Ivorian football star has been hiding it with extensions and a headband. A few months ago, a supposedly fake picture appeared on the internet showing a bald Gervinho. Maybe it’s time to shave it all off.
