Throughout the summer, rumors have been circulating that superstar athlete Serena Williams and famous rapper Drake are romantically involved. When she was asked about it at Wimbledon, Williams dodged the question. But recent photos captured by TMZ may have confirmed the rumors.
Friends For Years
The dating rumors escalated when Drake was present during most of the Wimbledon matches Williams played in this June. And spectators reported that during her loss in Toronto a few weeks ago, the rapper was tearful at a fireworks display that followed after. But Williams promptly shot down the rumors when a reporter asked at her semi-final victory at Wimbledon. Regarding her relationship with the rapper, the tennis star allegedly rolled her eyes and stated “We’ve been friends for, like, so many years. . . . Just like family.” Fans took this to mean Drake was in the friend zone and the rumors temporarily cooled down for a while after that, but Williams did not exactly deny that she was dating Drake. And some pictures taken of them at a restaurant certainly contradict her story.

There Could Be Something
TMZ captured some photos of the pair getting very friendly at a restaurant in Cincinnati. They were probably celebrating Williams’ latest victory at the Cincinnati Masters event. The eleven picture slideshow shows the pair sitting very close to each other, cuddling, and even kissing. It definitely does not seem like the way you would act with your family. They had obtained a private room in the back of the restaurant. Fellow diners said that the two could not keep their hands or lips off of each other. We do not have any more details about the relationship besides these photos, but the media and their fans are bound to pester them for answers after this.
The Internet Loves It
Even though neither has confirmed that they are dating, fans wasted no time getting excited about the possibility. Not surprising, since Drake and Williams are some of the most beloved celebrities of the moment. People took to social media to express their approval of the potential pairing.
They Are Getting Way Ahead Of Themselves
The internet is getting so excited at the mere possibility of a relationship between the celebrities. Maybe they are getting a little too excited… There is not a confirmed relationship, yet some are predicting marriage already.
They May Need To Calm Down A Little
Other fans are even demanding the two to have a baby. While the idea of an accomplished athlete and artist is compelling, fans may need to take it down a notch. Maybe Williams will inspire some new music from the rapper.
