Struck by a metal rod<\/h2>\n<p>A 2m metal rod fell from the fifth-floor of a building where construction worker Eduardo Leite was working. The rod pierced Leite&#8217;s skull. The man was taken to the hospital where the rod was removed after five hours of surgery.
